Perfect White Rice
Everything You Will Need:
- 4 cups of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cups of long grain white rice

- In a saucepan, bring the water, salt and butter to a boil.
- Stir in the rice
- Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for twenty to twenty-five minutes, covered (don’t peek!).
