Perfect White Rice
Everything You Will Need:
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 cups of long grain white rice

  • In a saucepan, bring the water, salt and butter to a boil.
  • Stir in the rice
  • Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for twenty to twenty-five minutes, covered (don’t peek!).
